✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • A valid purchase invoice/bill is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software, CDs/DVDs, and licensed products once activated or opened.

  • Custom-built PCs and special order items.

  • Products that show physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, deals, or discounts (unless defective).

🔁 Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, please report it within 24 hours.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair after inspection.

💰 Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Cash refunds are only available for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases and must be collected in-store or via bank transfer.
